Briefing

The main goal was to have new clients every month and retain the old ones.

Strategy was carefully detailed, and the client was involved in all the process steps and decision phases.

This client was working with an agency that wasn’t providing good results. We needed to change his approach to the problem.

Closing thoughts

Through a target social media strategy, targeted advertising, and responsive community management, we successfully increased the clinic’s visibility and built trust with the audience.  The campaigns not only strengthened the clinic’s reputation but effectively educated the public on dental health, cultivating a stronger, more informed community.
